Hibiscus Flowers Tea - Herbal

Hibiscus flowers are high in vitamin C making them great for supporting the immune system. A health immune system will help to fight off disease and sickness. The flowers are also a natural diuretic and naturally sweet, making them the perfect addition of other teas for a sweet and floral boost.

Steeping Guide:

Amount:  3g of tea per cup.

Temperature: 100°c /212°F

Steep Time: 2-3 minutes, this tea can be re-steeped 5 times.

For iced tea brew the same amount of tea in half the amount of water. Then fill your cup with ice, pour the tea and enjoy!

Iced Tea (1L)
• Use 4g of tea in a teabag or infuser
• Add 500 mL (2 cups) hot water
• Steep for 15 minutes
• Remove tea, add ice, and garnish as desired
