Slow down and spend an afternoon getting to know tea.
This two-hour guided workshop (12PM–2PM) is a welcoming introduction to the world of oolong, designed for both beginners and curious drinkers. As part of our Slow Sunday Series, this class invites you to pause, taste mindfully, and explore one of tea’s most diverse and expressive categories.
We’ll focus on oolong teas across a range of styles — from lightly oxidized, floral teas to deeper, roasted expressions — exploring how processing, origin, and craft shape flavour. The session is structured but relaxed, with space for conversation, questions, and reflection.
During the workshop, you’ll learn:
How to taste tea with intention and describe what you’re experiencing
A curated tasting flight will guide us through the spectrum, accompanied by light treats. Each participant will also receive a tasting cup to take home.
