Product Description

Produced by Gao Jia Shan, a respected tea maker in Anhua County, Hunan, China, this Fu Zhuan brick tea represents one of the most traditional and distinctive styles of dark tea. Fu Zhuan is known for the presence of “golden flowers”—a beneficial strain of Eurotium Cristatum that develops naturally during the fermentation process. These golden blossoms are highly prized for both their contribution to flavor and their reputed health benefits.

The tea is crafted through a careful sequence of wet piling, pressing, and slow drying, which allows the golden flowers to form while preserving the integrity of the tea leaves. The result is a tea that is rustic yet refined, with a bold character that makes it an everyday favorite.
