Important Shipping Updates for our United States Tea Lovers

In order to improve our fulfilment standards to our tea lovers in the U.S, we will start a new business partnership with UPS. As of Monday, August 1^st, 2016, all online orders shipped to the United States from TaoTeaLeaf.com will be through our new partner, UPS.

Here is a summary of the changes:

• 1.Minimum order for free shipping

Before: Online order over $35 CAD, free shipping to U.S and Canadian address

Now: Online order over $50 CAD, free shipping to U.S address

Online order over $35 CAD, free shipping to Canadian address

• 2.Tracking Number

Before: Online order to the U.S shipped via Canada Post Small Air Packet without tracking number

Now: All online orders to the U.S will be shipped via UPS with a tracking number

• 3.Regular shipping cost for an order that doesn’t meet the free shipping amount

Before: $18.99 CAD to all states in the U.S

Now: $15.99 CAD to all states in the U.S

PLEASE NOTE: Our free shipping minimum order amount is 50 Canadian dollars, which equals to about 35 U.S dollars; when compared to most of the tea companies in U.S (that offer “Free shipping over 49 U.S dollars”), our standard for free shipping is one of the lowest.
